## Materials & Systems

### Vinyl siding

The most common choice here — low maintenance, wide color range, and the most cost-effective full re-side for most Logan County homes.

### Fiber cement siding

Heavier, more impact-resistant, and paintable. A good fit when you want a longer service life or a specific architectural look.

### Board-and-batten

Vertical panel-and-batten treatment for farmhouse and accent applications, gables, and entry walls.

### Housewrap, trim, and flashing

## Warranty

Siding carries the manufacturer's material warranty for the product line you select, plus our written workmanship warranty on the installation. We go over both before you sign anything.

## Pricing

Full siding replacement is priced per square based on the product line, the number of stories, trim and soffit work, and how much of the existing wall has to be repaired underneath. Partial repairs are quoted per area. Every job gets a written line-item estimate after a free on-site measurement.
