Why We Built It Like This
Most roofing companies skip half these steps. That's the problem.
Every step in our process exists because we've seen what happens when contractors cut corners on the others. Here's what makes ours different.
You talk to a real person — fast
Most roofers run leads through a call center or take days to call back. The 2-hour callback isn't a marketing claim, it's a rule we hold ourselves to. Storm damage doesn't wait.
Documentation that holds up to scrutiny
We photograph every slope, document every piece of damage to insurance standards, and write proposals as line items — not vague estimates. This is the work most contractors don't do, and it's why claims that fail elsewhere succeed with us.
We're there at the moments that matter
Adjuster meetings. Final walkthroughs. The conversations where claims get won or lost. You won't get an inspector who hands you off to a sales rep — the team that quotes the work is the team that does it.

Questions We Get a Lot
Process questions, answered
If you're trying to figure out what to expect, here are the things people most often ask before they call us.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
We prefer it — we want to introduce ourselves and walk you through anything we find. But if scheduling is tight, we can inspect with someone else home or even alone if you're comfortable with that.
What if I'm just exploring my options?
That's completely fine. Inspections are free with no obligation. We'd rather you understand exactly what you're dealing with than feel pressured into a decision before you're ready.
How fast can you actually get started?
For straightforward retail replacements, we can usually be on-site within 48 hours of your inspection and installing within 1–2 weeks of contract signing. Insurance claims add a few weeks because we have to coordinate with your carrier.
Will I work with the same team the whole way through?
Yes. We're owner-operated. The team that inspects your roof is the team that handles your adjuster meeting and the team that installs the new roof. You won't be passed from a salesperson to a project manager to a crew you've never met.
What happens if something goes wrong during the install?
We're on-site every day of an active job. If something comes up — weather delay, an unexpected deck issue, anything — we call you immediately and walk you through it. Nothing gets decided without your sign-off.
