Materials & Systems
TPO membrane and heat-welded patches
Failed seams and punctures in EverGuard-class TPO are repaired with matching membrane, heat-welded and probed rather than taped.
EPDM seam and flashing repair
Splice tape, cover strips, and new flashings for rubber roofs, including curb and parapet details.
Drain, scupper, and penetration details
Standing water is usually a drainage problem, not a membrane problem. We repair drains, clamping rings, scuppers, and pipe penetrations.
Edge metal and coping
Loose or lifted edge metal is a wind-uplift risk as much as a leak source. We re-secure or replace it with custom-bent metal.
Warranty
Commercial repairs carry our written workmanship warranty on the repaired area. Where the roof is still inside an active manufacturer warranty, we make the repair in a manner consistent with keeping that coverage intact.
Pricing
Commercial repairs are scoped in writing after a site visit and leak trace. Pricing depends on membrane type, the extent and cause of the failure, and roof access. Maintenance plans are quoted per building based on roof size and system.
