Warranty
Manufacturer membrane warranties of 15–30 years (depending on system and thickness) plus our written workmanship warranty. We coordinate manufacturer field inspections required to activate extended NDL coverage.
Pricing
Commercial claim scopes are written per square (100 sq ft). Carrier payouts cover code upgrades that didn't exist when the original roof was installed. We provide a written line-item scope before any work starts.
