How do I know if I need a storm claim vs a retail replacement?
If your roof is under 20 years old and you've had a recent hail or wind event, you most likely have a valid insurance claim — even if damage isn't visible from the ground. If your roof is past its useful life or you're upgrading for resale, retail replacement is the right path. Free inspection settles it either way.
Do you handle both residential and commercial in the same project?
Yes. We've done jobs where a property owner had a primary residence and a commercial building hit by the same storm. Same team, same coordination, two scopes.
What if I'm not sure if my damage qualifies for a claim?
That's exactly what a free inspection is for. Most homeowners we work with didn't realize their damage was covered. We climb the roof, document what we find, and tell you straight whether it qualifies.
Do you do roof repairs, or only full replacements?
We handle replacements and storm restoration. For small repairs (a few missing shingles, isolated leaks), we'll either quote the repair directly or refer you to a contractor who specializes in repair work — whichever serves you better.
Are commercial projects covered under the GAF warranty?
GAF shingle systems are, yes. Flat roof systems (TPO, EPDM) come with their own manufacturer warranties — we'll walk you through exactly what's covered before installation.
