Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
  • Grant necessary site access for inspections and work
  • Communicate openly about your project goals and constraints
  • Pay for services as agreed in your customer agreement
  • Coordinate with your insurance carrier when applicable

SMS Communications

Warranties and Guarantees

Peak One Restorations is a GAF Certified Installer. GAF manufacturer warranties on materials and workmanship are provided per the terms of the GAF certification program. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your project agreement.

We stand behind our installation work. Warranty claims should be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Peak One Restorations provides services in accordance with industry standards and our scope of work agreements. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for insurance claim approvals, as final claim decisions rest with insurance carriers.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question, except where prohibited by Ohio law.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.peakonerestorations.com — including text, images, photography, video, logos, and design — is owned by Peak One Restorations LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the customer relationship with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due, and any project materials or work-in-progress will be handled per the project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Logan County, Ohio.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
