Why We Started Peak One
Severe weather has been hitting Central Ohio harder every year — and most homeowners we talked to didn't realize their roof damage was covered by their existing insurance.
Instead, they were either getting talked into paying full retail by storm chasers from out of state, or they were navigating their carrier's claim process alone and walking away with a fraction of what they were owed.
We started Peak One to be the contractor we wished existed when our own friends and family went through it. Local. Licensed in Ohio. Owner-operated. And experienced enough with the insurance side to make sure nobody pays out of pocket for damage their policy already covers.
